• Pre-Development Loan
Pre-development loans are available to assist nonprofit housing developers who are (or will be) seeking MSHDA financing for an affordable housing project.

• Homebuyer Programs
Using the Housing Resource Fund, OCD awards grants to community-based nonprofits or local units of government to implement programs that promote homeownership for low-income families.

• Rental Development 1-24 units
Small scale rental development projects defined as 1 to 24 units of affordable multifamily rental housing to be owned, developed or sponsored by community-based nonprofit organizations, will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• Rental Rehabilitation
OCD makes Housing Resource Fund awards to local units of government to encourage the rehabilitation of affordable rental units.

• Homeowner Assistance
OCD allocates Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding to county governments through the County Allocation Program
