On Wednesday, October 28, 2009, MGA in conjunction with the Michigan Student Financial Aid Association (MSFAA) held the fifth installment of its Default Aversion Symposium series, titled "Three-year CDR Calculation and Programs to Enhance Student Success."

Each academic year, the Office of Scholarships and Grants (OSG) provides a program payment schedule for all of their scholarship and grant programs. The schedule provides deadline dates for verification, as well as anticipated payment dates to institutions.

Tuition Incentive Program Announcement PDF icon

The Office of Scholarships and Grants (OSG) has established the average community college tuition rate to be used by private colleges for TIP. The new rate is $84.00 for the 2008-09 academic year. This information is also reflected in the updated Tuition Incentive Program Fact Sheet PDF Icon
