MDOT to begin work on M-46, M-37 and US-31 Business Route on Sept. 2

STARTING DATE: Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2008

ESTIMATED COMPLETION DATE: Friday, Sept. 26, 2008

PROJECT: The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will be crack sealing M-46 from Muskegon Avenue to Getty Street; M- 37 from Moon Road to Edgewood Street; and US-31 BR from Longbridge Road to Bean Street and from Hanover Street to the ramp to northbound US-31.

TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS: M-46 traffic will be maintained via traffic shifts. Flag control will be used on M-37 and US-31 BR.

CUSTOMER BENEFITS: This $141,000 project will increase the service life of the roadways.
