Medicare Plus Blue Group Reverting Back To State Health Plan PPO (For State Of Michigan Retirees)

Effective January 1, 2010, the Medicare Plus Blue Group Plan will be replaced by the Medicare Supplemental State Health Plan PPO that was in place prior to January 1, 2008.
