Lt. Governor John D. Cherry enjoys the UP State Fair

Lt. Governor Cherry stops at the Delta County Democratic table at the U.P. State Fair and talks with Beth Paczesney, Assistant Prosecutor for Delta County.
Lt. Governor Cherry addresses the group at a Luncheon hosted by the Delta County Chamber of Commerce. The audience consisted of individuals from across the Upper Peninsula.
After the luncheon, Lt. Governor Cherry spent time talking with the group, including, Denny Olson, of the Michigan Timber man’s Association.
Lt. Governor Cherry stops and visits with Girl Scout troop #159. The troop is comprised of 6th and 7th graders from the Escanaba area.
Lt. Governor Cherry stops at the DNR Pocket Park, located inside the U.P. State Fairgrounds and watches a simulated hunting course, as well as the importance of safety being provided to a group of youth.
Lt. Governor Cherry stops at the MDOT (Michigan Department of Transportation) display at the fairgrounds to talk with staff.
