The State Building Authority, Risk Management Section provides state agencies with commercial property, general liability, aviation, and builder's risk, as well as other needed insurance (with the exception of employee benefit related insurance). SBA, Risk Management also administers the Vehicle Self-Insurance fund which provides auto liability insurance for the entire state vehicle fleet.
