Overview
• Executive Services The Executive Services Division provides staff support services to the Commission.
| • Enforcement The Enforcement Division operates from district offices in Farmington, Lansing, Grand Rapids, and Escanaba.
| • Financial Management This division provides support for the Commission in all areas of financial management and accounting.
| • Licensing The Licensing Division is located at the Commission's Lansing offices. Licensing staff reviews and processes all requests and reports pertaining to the issuance of retail, manufacturers and wholesalers licenses. Over 16,500 retail businesses, including bars, grocery stores, restaurants, hotels, convenience stores and pharmacies have one or more active licenses. The Division renews over 30,100 retail licenses and issues about 5,000 Special (24-hour) Licenses annually.
