This Web site addresses each of these issues, provides help and resources as well as informs teens how to help their friends who may be dealing with the pain of surviving this type of violence. Domestic Violence View: The Michigan Domestic Violence Prevention and Treatment Board administers state and federal funding for domestic violence shelters and advocacy services, develops and recommends policy, and develops and provides technical assistance and training. Children's Trust Fund View: The Children's Trust Fund (CTF) is the only statewide, non-profit organization in Michigan dedicated solely to the prevention of child abuse and neglect. Since 1982, the Children's Trust Fund has raised over $60M and provided support to over 6 million children and families.
