A public hearing to consider the possible parole of Stephon Marion, #166353

The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 2, 2009 to consider the possible parole of Stephon Marion, #166353. It will be at 11:00 a.m. at the Handlon Training Center, Richard Handlon Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.

Stephon Marion is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Robbery Armed. He was sentenced on August 25, 1986 from Kent County.

Barbara Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
